Welcome to our shipping information page. This policy outlines the shipping practices for Happy Limitless India Private Limited.

Shipping Coverage

We ship products globally. However, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

Shipment processing times

Standard orders with standard sizes are dispatched in 4-5 days based on availability and custom orders are dispatched mostly 45-60 days after raising PO or receiving 50 % payment on the approved quotation & 10-12 business days of the 100% payment (if the difference of the PO Date & Final payment date is 50 days) on the final approved quotation as all our orders are customized just for you.

Orders are not shipped Wednesdays and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and mentioned in the invoice.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Domestic: 3-5 business days after dispatch of your order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Happy Limitless India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Happy Limitless India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
